Thank you for this narrative, and for your books, Barry (BOY TOY) and Carl (SWAGGER). Both resonated and impacted me a reader, and as a survivor. I’ve also appreciated Matthew Quick’s FORGIVE ME, LEONARD PEACOCK, and Brendan Kiely’s GOSPEL OF WINTER. I hope more books will add voice to this under-reported, under-represented, but sadly true nonetheless fact for many male survivors. We’re out there. And we need to know we have a voice, and it’s important and we have something to contribute as a survivor and overcomer. Thank you for what you do. This was a great discussion.
