For YA lovers, there is an abundance of media out right now – or coming soon – based on YA novels. Here’s a look at a few you may want to have on your radar.

The Summer I Turned Pretty based on the book by Jenny Han

Book Summary: Belly measures her life in summers. Everything good, everything magical happens between the months of June and August. Winters are simply a time to count the weeks until the next summer, a place away from the beach house, away from Susannah, and most importantly, away from Jeremiah and Conrad. Editor’s Note: The teens I currently spend a lot of time with have watched this and are discussing whose team they are on. It seems evenly split between Jeremiah and Conrad. But the best part it this: It has gotten a lot of teens to read the books.

Love and Gelato based on the book by Jenna Evans Welch

Along for the Ride based on the book by Sarah Dessen

Heartstopper based on the graphic novel by Alice Oseman

Book Summary:
