MakerSpace: Community Feedback
On July 13, 2016, the most amazing letter to the editor appeared in the Mount Vernon News regarding the Teen MakerSpace at The Public Library of Mount Vernon and Knox County (OH). I tracked down the community member who had written the letter and got her permission to reproduce it here.
As you can imagine, this was amazing to read. Such a pleasant surprise. There are 2 Teen MakerSpace assistants and the three of us spent some time texting back and forth this day about how awesome this feedback was. Some of us might also have mentioned tearing up. I am so proud of this space that we have put together and this amazing staff and all the work we are doing.
