Judging a Book by Its Cover: New YA Lit Titles Coming Your Way

June 9, 2014 by Karen Jensen, MLS   Leave a Comment

Because we do judge a book by its cover, here’s a look at some new titles coming soon from various publishers.

Coming from HarperCollins

The Last Apprentice series is very popular in my library so I am looking forward to this new series.
This is book 2, book 1 is Insignia and book 2 is Vortex.
This is a really good series about teens being drafted to fight in a war.

This is the sequel to Twinmaker.

Grant is an amazing author I am looking forward to reading this.
Sequel to Find Me, a really good book about a female hacker who uses her computer skills to find a missing student.
Sequel to The Burning Sky

Coming from Random House

Book 3 in the Lynburn Legacy, which I love and highly recommend. Sarah Rees Brennan will make you laugh out loud and rip your heart out. Book 1 is Unspoken and book 2 is Untold.
Coming from MacMillan

Coming from Chronicle Books

A Stoker and Holmes book. Book 1 is The Clockwork Scarab
