Christie’s Favorite Posts of 2013

I am constantly amazed by the amount of work we get done on this- we’re a group of librarians who blog in our spare time around work and family and everything else. And we create amazing things- even if it doesn’t always seem or feel like it. It’s a little hard for me around this time of year just because of circumstances to feel the happy side of things, but I am blessed to have these women to work with…
Some of my favorite posts that we’ve done this year include:
Our ginormous Doctor Who party post
Our Popup Makerspace Moment,
which Karen and I are trying to grow into a huge system-wide year long initiative
 David Lubar’s Halloween Guest post
(and I so hope to meet him one day)

Our casting call for The Lunar Chronicles
(so much fun to see everyone’s ideas of what the characters look like)

Discrimination in the schools (hmmm…  I think we have a theme)
